Binzhou Bohai Piston Co., Ltd. has long placed a high emphasis on standardization work, allocating advantageous resources and specifically establishing a Standardization Management Committee and a Standardization Management Office. Currently, the company has three full-time standardization administrators, 27 part-time administrators, three standardization inspectors, one standardization expert from Shandong Province, and one ISO standardization expert committee member.

In 2007, based on the establishment and effective operation of an enterprise standard system that includes technical standards, management standards, and work standards, the company was rated as an AAAA-level enterprise with good standardization practices. In 2019, the company was awarded the title of "Enterprise Standard Leader" in the first batch by Shandong Province. In 2021, it passed the acceptance as a standardization pilot unit in Shandong Province. In 2019, the National Internal Combustion Engine Standardization Technical Committee approved our company to serve as the leader of the Piston Working Group (TC177/WG17). In 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved our company to serve as the secretariat unit of the Piston Component Subcommittee of the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee (TC114/SC24)

Currently, the company has hosted or participated in the formulation and revision of 2 national standards, 13 industry standards, 8 group standards, and 1 foreign language version of a national standard. There are 14 national and industry group standards pending approval for release, and 14 national and industry group standards are under research.。
