     The company's post-doctoral scientific research workstation was established in 2001 and was registered as a new workstation in 2022. It has jointly recruited 15 post-doctors with universities such as Shandong University, Shandong University of Technology, and Hebei University of Technology. Up to now, 6 post-doctors have completed their post-doctoral research and left the workstation, and 9 are still working in the workstation. Among them, a long-term strategic cooperation agreement has been signed with Shandong University.

The existing post-doctoral scientific research workstation platform of the company has provided broader space and opportunities for the cooperation among industry, academia, and research. Through this platform, a group of post-doctoral researchers with high-level scientific research abilities and an innovative spirit have been gathered. It has given full play to the two-way advantages of enterprises and universities, jointly cultivated outstanding young innovative talents, and at the same time accelerated the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and strengthened the construction of the enterprise's innovation ability.

In the past three years, the post-doctors in the workstation have undertaken 1 national-level project, 5 provincial-level projects, 1 open project of the national key laboratory, 1 open project of the provincial key laboratory, and 1 open project of the national key laboratory in total. They have published 7 SCI papers and obtained authorization for 2 invention patents.
